Case studies being refinedA few case studies are still being refined.

About / The person behind the work

Curious about people. Interested in how things work.

Hey, I’m Sedra, a UX Designer and Product Designer based in Madagascar. I started through visual design and gradually became more interested in everything that happens before a screen is made: the problem, the people, the flow, and the decisions behind a product.

Over the past four years, I’ve contributed to digital projects with teams across Madagascar and internationally. My work spans UX/UI, product design, creative direction and projects where understanding technical constraints matters.

Open to international opportunities

Design, technology and collaboration.

I study at 42 Antananarivo alongside my design work. Learning to build software has made me more aware of states, edge cases, feasibility and the conversations that connect design with engineering.

I enjoy the space between disciplines. The strongest work often comes from bringing different perspectives together, asking questions early and making decisions that people can understand.

What matters to me.

Ask before assuming.

Understand the context and the task before settling on a solution.

Make complexity manageable.

Help people know where they are and what to do next.

Care about the details.

Clear labels, good hierarchy and thoughtful states improve how products feel and work.

Work across perspectives.

Design decisions are better when we can explain and challenge them together.

What’s next.

In 2027, I’ll join the Responsible Innovation in Africa Chair program at ESCP Business School. I’m interested in exploring how UX, digital products and innovation can support practical change in different African ecosystems.
